If you feel you will continue to use
our services in the future, you may wish to sign-up for our Ready-to-Go Key Program.
We will keep your
keys on file on our premises. All keys are identified only by a special code
for security reasons. One key will be kept in a locked security box and your sitter will keep one to perform the visits. Files and cross-references are each kept in separate secure places.
This will
make it easier should you plan to go away on short notice: you and your sitter/walker won't need to
coordinate
another appointment for key pick-up, and you
will eliminate
charges for key pick-up/drop-off. We keep your most recent Service Agreement
on file and follow the information provided there. When you go away, you must
contact us to make a reservation and review any new instructions, and notify us regarding new keys and/or security codes.
If you are not
signed up for the program, there is a $10 charge for each trip made for key pick-up or return ($15 in
Area Two)
